Fish Bar is DMK Restaurants’ chef-driven fish shack celebrating the freshest sustainable fish and seafood available in Chicago, 736 miles from the sea.  New England and New Orleans are the focus of 5-times James Beard nominated Chef Michael Kornick’s menu, including raw oysters (from east and west coasts), Oyster Po’boys (remoulade, spicy slaw), Maine Lobster Rolls (as they should be), Gumbo (blue crab, andouille sausage), Octopus a la plancha (preserved lemon, caper, parsley, chili flake), and s’mores (yes, s’mores).  Fish Bar serves craft beers and sea sippers in its nationally acclaimed space for interior design.  During the Summer, enjoy Fish Bar’s outdoor patio for some of Lincoln Park and Lakeview’s best alfresco dining.  Fish Bar was proudly featured on the Food Network’s Sandwich King for its legendary Crabby Patty and actively supports charities focused on clean water and sustainable fishing.
