County Barbeque is a collaboration between David Morton and Michael Kornick of DMK Restaurants and Erick Williams, Chef/Owner of Virtue in Hyde Park. County Barbeque’s menu highlights Chef Kornick’s lifelong passion for barbeque. Go slow and enjoy the finest selection of American Whiskies in the midwest and American craft beers by the glass or pitcher. County BBQ offers delivery and catering to most neighborhoods south of North Avenue, including The Loop in Chicago. A proud multi-year recipient of a Bib Gourmand designation by Michelin Travel & Lifestyle, County Barbeque has also been featured on WTTW’s Check, Please! The original location is located on Taylor St. in Chicago’s Little Italy neighborhood and has also opened a stand in the United Club at Soldier Field for all Bears games and special events.

ORDER TIMING

Our meats are smoked for over 24-hours, so orders must be placed at least one day in advance. Need it more quickly? Give us a call!

Start at $15.00 - larger orders or long travel times may increase charges for delivery.

Requires 2 hour notice or cancellation fee of 50% of order value.
